As an HR Business Partner you act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and executives within our Head Office Shared Services groups. You help shape how teams are structured how leaders lead and how talent decisions support business priorities.
Working in close partnership with our HR Centres of Excellence you connect strategy to executionensuring the right expertise is brought forward to drive meaningful outcomes across the organization.
