We are inviting applications from candidates with the proven qualifications skills and abilities for the position of Subdivision and Development Coordinator on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be very organized and detail oriented possess excellent analytical skills and is a good communicator both oral and written. The Subdivision and Development Coordinators primary responsibilities are to support the Manager Development and Subdivision in the coordination and processing of subdivision and development applications including referrals preparation of reports and file management.
