Jim Pattison Volvo Cars Surrey is seeking for innovative results-driven customer-focused Product Advisor. If you strive to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and relationship building this opportunity is for you!Whether you are experienced in business development account management retail sales or looking to start a new career this is an exciting opportunity to build a successful future in the automotive : This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours per Range:Variable commission structureThis role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership.A day in the LifeAs a Product Advisor you will act as consultant and will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner both in store and through phone and online customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle vehicle demonstrations and test pricing financing options and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures technology and market to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work in this role comes from consistent effort strong follow up habits and the ability to build trust with Were Looking ForPrevious sales experience preferred; automotive sales is an assetPositive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales school diploma or equivalent to obtain a VSA be available all days of the week including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
