AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)
The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Nature of Work:
Teach weekly lab sections. Participate in preparing lab materials. Discuss in labs selected points from lecture material, occasionally extending this material. Demonstrate programming techniques in C and basic computer functions. Solve assignments in advance, and grade them quickly. Assist with keeping mark records. Have weekly office hours and reply to students using e-mail or Blackboard Learn forum.
Minimum Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed this course or its equivalent and its prerequisite(s) with a mark of A or better.Attend a TA workshop if necessary.Must be ready for an interview if considered for this position.If the responsibilities include DGD and/or TUT and/or LAB supervision or teaching, the applicant must be available for these. Excellent C programming skills. Must understand engineering problem solving. Must have programming experience with Visual Basic and experience using the Code Blocks Complier.
Please note that the teaching method will be delivered: in person.
