Job Description This is an interview position. To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions. Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche. Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable. Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication. Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression. Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de l’entreprise le justifient.
