Job description
The Crisis24 Academy Product Owner is responsible for the day-to-day management optimization and support of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the platform operates efficiently supports business and compliance training needs and delivers a seamless experience for learners and as a bridge between business users support teams and technical partners the Crisis24 Product Owner plays a critical role in maintaining system accuracy resolving issues and continuously improving LMS processes and You Will Do:LMS Operations & AdministrationOversee daily LMS operations ensuring platform stability and usabilityManage course setup learning paths user roles and permissionsMonitor system performance and resolve operational issues promptlyCustomer Support & Issue Management (Core Responsibility)Own the end-to-end LMS support experience for instructors and administratorsAct as the primary escalation point for complex or unresolved LMS issuesInvestigate and resolve user issues related to access enrollments completions and reportingCollaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problemsTrack and analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunitiesDefine document and optimize LMS support processes and workflowsUser Experience & Continuous ImprovementGather feedback from users to identify pain points and usability improvementsSupport bilingual or localized LMS experiences where applicableMaintain clear and user-friendly LMS structures and naming conventionsData Accuracy & Reporting SupportEnsure accurate tracking of learner activity course completions and certificationsPerform data validation and cleanup to maintain high data integritySupport reporting needs for compliance and internal stakeholdersInvestigate discrepancies in LMS data and report them to the Product ManagerBacklog Execution & System EnhancementsManage and maintain a prioritized backlog of LMS fixes and minor enhancementsSupport testing (UAT) of system updates fixes and minor feature releasesEnsure enhancements are implemented correctly and meet user needsGovernance & LMS StandardsEnforce LMS governance standards (course structure naming conventions version control)Maintain documentation of LMS processes procedures and configurationsEnsure alignment with internal policies and audit requirementsTraining & Internal EnablementProvide guidance and training to LMS administrators and internal teamsDevelop job aids SOPs and quick reference materialsSupport onboarding of new LMS users and administratorsPromote best practices to improve LMS adoption and usageWhat You Will Bring:Experience managing or administering an LMS (e.g. Absorb Docebo)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting end users in a system or application environmentHigh attention to detail especially with data accuracy and reportingAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with Excel/CSV data management is an assetKey Success MeasuresTimely resolution of LMS support issuesHigh data accuracy and reporting reliabilityImproved user satisfaction and reduced support volume over timeEfficient and well-documented LMS processesStrong adoption and ease of use of the LMS
