The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel environment. Your Role
Reporting to the Guest Service Manager;
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
- Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Opera experience is an asset.
- Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
