  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure product availability for scheduled procedures and coordinate urgent inventory requests, transfers, and replenishment activities.
  • Generate and analyze inventory performance metrics, including inventory turns, utilization, aging, and variances, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and ensuring full traceability of medical devices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, process efficiency, automation, and technology deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, logistics, or related business functions.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in a business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and developing recommendations based on operational data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and Quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or related ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of medical device traceability, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting consignment inventory, field inventory, or loaner programs.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
