What will your typical day look like?

As an Expense Compliance Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary French-language support channel for expense compliance work. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Identifying instances of non-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse
• Researching discrepancies identified during audit, determining an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit
• Managing and prioritizing workflow/task assignments
• Providing timely reporting of metrics to Management as required
• Communicating effectively with employees and PPMD’s
• Following-up on results of audits and analysis; developing draft reports and developing recommendations for improving policy and/or procedure
• Interacting with respective Team Leads and Managers to resolve issues of a highly confidential or sensitive nature
• Owning and delivering responsibilities with quality and within required timelines
• Timely response to customer queries related to expense compliance
• Managing Corporate card delinquency and cancelations

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French written and spoken (C1 level minimum)
• Strong decision making and analytical ability
• High level of integrity to work with sensitive and confidential data
• Experience in Concur, firm financial systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
