We are seeking an Engineering Quality and Human Performance Specialist to uphold our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead human performance initiatives. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will ensure adherence to industry standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality. Key attributes include strong analytical skills and a focus on fostering learning and accountability. Key Responsibilities: • Manage financial aspects including cash flow and billing support • Maintain and improve the QMS through audits and assessments • Promote organizational learning and high-reliability practices • Identify and analyze factors contributing to human errors • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance outcomes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline • At least 4 years in quality assurance or engineering roles • Expert knowledge of relevant quality standards • Strong communication and analytical skills • P.Eng. designation or quality certifications as a plus Leverage quality and human performance principles to drive improvements within engineering workflows for better project execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
