Your new role
The Manager, Capital Projects is accountable for the planning, execution, and safe delivery of capital projects across the Hemlo operation. This role provides leadership and oversight for the capital project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Manager, Capital Projects is responsible for long-term capital planning, project prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement to support the site's operational and strategic objectives. The role works collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, Environmental, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to successfully deliver projects that create sustainable value for the operation.What you'll need to succeed
