As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be an essential part of the customer support and dispatch team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Location: Kelowna, BC
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm
What's the Job?
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and dispatch details.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational workflows.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service and dispatch operations.
