Description
:Comme technicien en pilotage de systèmes au sein de la direction Assurance qualité des pratiques TI, vous interviendrez dans les systèmes, progiciels et logiciels supporterez la mission de l’entreprise. Vous assurerez des tâches associées au soutien technique ainsi qu’à la mise en production et aux essais.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Rôle de soutien technique :
Traiter des requêtes de services et résoudre, en collaboration avec d’autres acteurs, les incidents et les problèmes qui lui seront escaladés, en conformité avec les processus et les procédures en vigueur, en s’assurant de l’atteinte des niveaux de services établis et en documentant ses interventions et solutions dans le système de gestion des requêtes de services et la base de connaissances.
Documenter des procédures relatives à l’exécution de requêtes de services, dans la perspective d’une réutilisation ou d’en confier la réalisation à d’autres intervenants.
Réaliser des tâches reliées au pilotage de logiciels, progiciels ou systèmes, dans un contexte relié à leur entretien, leur surveillance, au contrôle de production ou de tâches automatisées.
Rôle de soutien à la mise en production et aux essais:
Effectuer des essais de contrôle de la qualité (de bon fonctionnement, fonctionnels ou intégrés).
Contribuer à la rédaction de stratégies d’essais fonctionnels ou d’acceptation.
Appuyer les utilisateurs en période de changement et faciliter la transition provoquée par ces changements.
Interagir efficacement et en synergie avec les collègues et ceux de tous les secteurs de l’organisation avec qui nous devons travailler.
Collaborer dans l’amélioration continue des produits et services.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Détenir un DEC en informatique ou en administration ou l’équivalent.
Cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente en technologies de l’information dont une (1) année dans des fonctions comparables à celles décrites précédemment.
Avoir une connaissance du logiciel Guidewire (la suite Opéra), un atout.
Avoir de bonnes aptitudes pour les communications verbales et écrites.
Avoir une bonne maitrise de la langue française parlée et écrite.
Avoir la connaissance de la langue anglaise, un atout.
