About the Opportunity

• Lead system design and architecture decisions to deliver robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers to improve technical skills, problem?solving capabilities, and overall team performance.
• Advocate for and implement standards and best practices to ensure consistent, secure software delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Share knowledge and foster cross?team collaboration to strengthen engineering culture and synergy.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Provide technical expertise in strategic discussions, influencing organizational direction.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and initiatives.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, improve team performance, and drive technical excellence.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands?on technical leadership.

Pay Range
$87.58 - $97.58/hr
