The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing and resilient products, driving innovation in product development, and designing robust, scalable software architectures. A critical aspect of this role is to champion and integrate cutting-edge AI development tools (, GitHub Copilot, Devin) into our engineering workflows to accelerate development cycles, enhance code quality, and foster a culture of innovation.
