Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements and business analysis for a digital onboarding and sales generation initiative, enabling streamlined customer creation and product ordering (Remote, Canada) [-57].
Overview
This role leads BA activities for a technically complex digital sales and onboarding solution, working alongside Product and UX partners to gather and document requirements, run gap analysis, write user stories, and guide UAT through to delivery on a large (15+) delivery team.
