Our post-secondary education client is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist (10+ years of experience) to improve business processes using Lean methodology and business process improvement practices
Join a strategic enrolment management initiative focused on improving the student experience across postsecondary enrolment services. This role supports process owners and stakeholders in documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points, developing future-state process maps, and implementing measurable improvements across up to five business processes. The engagement includes facilitation of workshops, value stream mapping, process reviews, testing activities, and operational documentation within a complex service environment. The project is conducted onsite at a major postsecondary institution in Ottawa.
