Job description
Number of Vacancies: 1Contract Duration: 24 monthsWorking Hours: 35 hrs/wk(there may be a requirement to work more than 44/hrs as required)Location: Pickering, ON (100% on site)Resume Due Date: Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 (5:00PM EST) Job Overview
  • Experienced with project management principles, theories, and concepts such as project scoping, risk management, estimating, budgeting, forecasting and scheduling.
  • Project management experience within a Nuclear generating facility an asset.
  • Experienced with engineering and construction management concepts, methods and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver reports, briefings, project plans, and presentations.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills, and to be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment that is dedicated to excellence and best practices.
  • Have a strong interest in fast-paced, challenging work environments where showing initiative and self-motivation are assets;
  • Strong in understanding, executing and following governance and procedures with a questioning and analytical attitude.
  • Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and driving a project from initiation to close out.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain updated and accurate schedule.
  • Provide regular forecasts and management updates on projects/modifications status and risks
  • Develop modification plans, contracting strategy, materials strategy and execution plans to ensure the assigned
Qualifications
  • PMP/P.Eng. is considered an asset
