Administrative Assistant in
St. Catharines, ON!
In this full-time, temporary to permanent role, you’ll help our client with their administrative needs.
What You’ll Do: - Take Minutes of meetings and prepare for circulation, prepare notices, newsletters, and legal documents.
- Process electronic dictation
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and documents
- Set up and maintain computerized and manual filing systems
- Respond to electronic and regular mail
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Communicate effectively with tenants, and clients.
- Answering client inquiries via calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner.
- Some evening meetings required
- Relief coverage for Receptionist duties will be required when needed.
What We’re Looking For: - 2 or more years’ office admin experience
- Property management firm experience is an asset
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Perfect written and verbal English language skills
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office and database software
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Fridays 8:30am to 12:00pm, some evenings required for board meetings
