Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $21–$25/hr, depending on experience
• Full-time, temporary position
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Schedule appointments, services, or deliveries as required
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
• Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Experience serving in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
• Background in retail, front desk, or other high-volume customer service roles
• Experience handling customer concerns in a fast-paced setting
