Niagara Falls Tourism is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented
Marketing Manager to lead its day-to-day marketing function while helping promote one of Canada's most recognized tourism destinations.
Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, you'll oversee a small marketing team, manage the organization's Agency of Record, support the Board Marketing Committee, and play a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen destination awareness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational success.

Working collaboratively with tourism operators, hospitality partners, businesses, government, and community stakeholders, the organization develops innovative marketing initiatives that drive visitation, strengthen the local tourism economy, and showcase everything Niagara Falls has to offer.
What You'll Be Doing Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and support a small marketing team while establishing departmental priorities, work plans, and project schedules.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Agency of Record, ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate destination marketing campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategies and tactical marketing plans.
- Lead internal marketing initiatives, organizational communications, and corporate messaging.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials for senior leadership and the Board Marketing Committee.
- Monitor campaign performance, visitor trends, marketing analytics, and key performance indicators while making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist with marketing budget development, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and invoice review.
- Ensure consistency of the Niagara Falls Tourism brand across marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments, industry partners, stakeholders, and external vendors to support organizational priorities.
What You'll Bring We're looking for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong leadership and project management skills.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished marketing leader who brings a strategic mindset, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to lead people, projects, and agency partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, advertising, destination marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading or supervising employees.
- Experience managing external agencies, consultants, or creative service providers.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, branding, digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Experience supporting Boards, committees, or governance structures is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience interpreting campaign performance data to support informed decision-making.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics/reporting platforms.
