Job Description: The Administrative Coordinator provides support to employees and coordinates business communication. They perform general clerical work for the Restaurant while creating and maintaining record keeping systems. This job is hands on in restaurant working amongst the team.

Our business is looking for an administrative coordinator to assist with our growing company. The successful candidate should be organized, efficient and have excellent communication and collaboration skills (professional correspondence). A keen eye for detail is also crucial! The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and assist with guest recovery
- Check and respond to emails and voicemails
- Manage business emails and other correspondence
- Provide support to upper management in various administrative areas
- Develop a "familiar face" among the team that can step in when needed
- Able to work at least 12 hours in operations a week, supporting leadership
- Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and handling incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Troubleshoot restaurant issues in the front and back of the house
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee employee data and information
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner – always ensuring professionalism.
- Ability to organize accounts payable and receivable
- Organize vendor information
Skills/Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs + Google Sheets) and Microsoft office required
- Strong keyboard and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and be flexible with over-changing responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with accountability amongst team and vendors
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized employee files
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve current processes and best practices
