Tasks
Your Mission
As Head of Sales & Handling, you will take full ownership of Lufthansa Cargo’s sales and operational performance across Canada. You will lead diverse teams, translate strategy into local execution, and represent the company towards customers, partners, and authorities.
- Drive commercial performance and market growth, maximizing revenue and yield
- Lead and develop high-performing sales & handling teams across multiple locations
- Translate global strategy into impactful local market initiatives
- Act as senior customer interface, building strong relationships with key accounts
- Analyze market trends, customer data, & competitor activity to derive winning strategies
- Ensure efficient, compliant, & high-quality handling operations
- Manage budgets, forecasts, & costs with a strong focus on financial discipline & profitability
