Required Skills:
Support cloud-based tooling and services including SaaS application onboarding integration solution design tooling development documentation production support and on-call escalation. Improve platform reliability through automation CI/CD and DevOps practices. Act as the escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with risk security change management and operational standards. Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately one week every eight weeks) to support production platforms. Required Skills 8 years of application development experience and C#. Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms including Box Google Workspace Qualtrics and Microsoft 365 with a focus on onboarding lifecycle management and automation. Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations including OAuth OIDC and SAML. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.
