Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic Marketing, Digital & Sales Coordinator to facilitate our Richmond location.
This role is responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies, driving business growth, and building strong relationships within the community.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales professional with hands-on experience in home care marketing and sales development.
They will provide direction and support to help grow the business while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand awareness, client inquiries, and business growth.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations.
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking sales opportunities.
Support the development of marketing materials, content, and communications.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for client growth and community engagement.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
Collaborate with care and office teams to support company goals and provide an excellent client experience.
