Responsibilities: - Maintaining ongoing bidding process through online computer system as prompted by Auctioneer. - Accurately enters vehicle and sale information into computer on the auction block during the sale. - Ensures that company policies and procedures are always followed. - Maintain a professional appearance consistent with our policy. - Practice and always promote teamwork. - Maintain a good flow of communication with all auction personnel. - Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or designated manager. Educational Requirements or Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience. - One (1) year of clerical experience with minimum intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry skills required. - Must have excellent communication, keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask. - Must be able to stay focused in a fast-paced, very noisy environment. - Must be able to work all Thursdays during the day. Must have driver's license and own transportation as public transportation is not available to our location.
