Join Giesecke+Devrient as the People+ Operations Lead in Canada. Utilize your strong HR background to support leaders and drive effective HR practices. This position is integral to ensuring People+ priorities are executed successfully across the company. With 7-10 years of HR experience, you will lead initiatives related to performance management, employee relations, and team collaboration. Your influence will help optimize the workplace culture and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders • Manage recruitment and coordinate staff performance processes • Lead the annual People Review and calibration efforts • Direct and mentor the People+ team effectively • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements Requirements: • 7-10 years in Human Resources roles • Extensive knowledge of HR operations and employment laws • Experience in a matrix or global business environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field Support Giesecke+Devrient’s mission by enhancing employee performance and operational success through your expertise in HR management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
