Job description

As part of our Contact Centre team, you will engage with clients in both English and French, assisting them with their Qtrade Direct Investing needs. Your role will focus on keeping our clients informed while actively improving their service experience. A dedication to ongoing learning and a positive demeanor will set you apart. Key Responsibilities: • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Oversee order flow for self-directed trading • Investigate and resolve client complaints efficiently • Monitor market trends and relevant news • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives Requirements: • Preferred degree in business or economics • Completion of necessary securities courses is required • 1-3 years’ experience in customer-facing investment roles • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory • Capacity to adapt to shifting workloads and schedules Deliver outstanding service and grow your career at Aviso Wealth, a company dedicated to excellence! #J-18808-Ljbffr
