Responsibilities include:Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitudeAnticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cuesAssisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beveragesMaintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing mannerFollowing company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all productsAdhering to cash handling and register policiesOther duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environmentPossess a high level of customer serviceHighly motivated and a quick learnerEnjoys multitasking has a high level of stress management skillsCommunicates well and is flexiblePrevious cash handling is an assetFood Safe an asset (required)Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environmentComfortable working on your feet for extended periods of timeThe starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.About Us:We’re more than a hospitality and attractions company.
