Your Role in Our Journey

As a Leadership Consultant, you will be at the center of how we advance leadership around the world. This role is about much more than delivering workshops; it is about helping individuals, teams, and organizations step into their potential and shape the future of leadership practice. In this role you will: Facilitate leadership programs for executives, senior teams, and emerging leaders.

• Design adult learning experiences that use real challenges as the foundation for growth.
• Build trusted partnerships by listening deeply and co-creating solutions with clients.
• Contribute to our growth by expanding client relationships through advancement and referrals.
• Approach new business development with presence, curiosity, and a service mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to model the connection and partnership we grow with our clients.
• Travel locally, nationally, and internationally to engage with clients on behalf of The Coaching Studio.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Leadership Consultant, you will bring expertise, presence, and partnership across the full cycle of our work with clients.

Business Development

• Engage in authentic, values-driven conversations that spark curiosity and uncover what outcomes truly matter to clients.
• Build trust-based relationships that grow into long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive teams, helping them see their challenges and opportunities with clarity.
• Bring insight, courage, and compassion to client conversations, supporting leaders as they step into new possibilities.
• Represent The Coaching Studio with professionalism and open expertise, embodying our values in every interaction.

Client Partnership & Advancement

• Build enduring client relationships by staying close to evolving needs and opportunities.
• Co-create new solutions in collaboration with client teams rather than offering static programs.
• Support clients as they integrate new leadership practices, ensuring results are meaningful and lasting.
• Celebrate client wins and help tell the story of impact in ways that align with their strategic goals.

Delivery Excellence

• Facilitate leadership development programs that are experiential, relevant, and rooted in real-world challenges.
• Facilitate team optimization sessions for sophisticated, executive leadership teams and complex, dynamic project teams that meaningfully advance them towards their goals.
• Customize designs to fit the unique context of each client, ensuring learning translates into action, and action into measurable impact.
• Continuously refine and improve delivery, drawing on feedback, reflection, and team collaboration.

Who You Are

• A proven record of designing and delivering leadership development programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with executives and senior leadership teams as well as across organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to build trust quickly and create energy in a room.
• Education and certifications that support your depth of expertise.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a range of contexts.
• Comfort with frequent travel and in-person facilitation.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to learning and growth.
