Job description
Join BDO as a Transaction Tax Services Manager, extensively assisting clients with transaction tax issues in Canada. Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence while fostering team relationships and client engagement. This managerial position calls for experience in guiding complex tax matters and preparing deliverables for clients. You will also mentor staff and collaborate on strategic tax structuring, contributing to business development efforts in the private equity arena.
