Job description
Join Kontron Canada as an Accounting Technician and support our financial operations through meticulous management and analysis of accounts. This role emphasizes vendor invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting tasks crucial for precision. As an Accounting Technician, you will leverage over seven years of experience to ensure diligent financial oversight. Tasks will include issuing checks, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing month-end closing reports. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge in both French and English are vital for effective communication and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices and ensure account accuracy • Perform daily reconciliations for bank accounts • Prepare month-end financial statements and reports • Manage accounts payable and year-end closures • Address supplier queries regarding account discrepancies Requirements: • Diploma in accounting from a recognized institution • Seven or more years of relevant experience • Advanced Excel skills essential • Bilingual in French and functional English • Familiarity with SAP is beneficial Bring your expertise in accounting to Kontron Canada and help optimize our financial processes with your accuracy and enthusiasm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
