Job description
Join Scotiabank as an Employee Relations Manager, focusing on fostering an inclusive workplace in Toronto. This role emphasizes conflict resolution and strategic HR partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve Employee Relations cases effectively • Conduct in-depth investigations of serious workplace issues • Provide advisory support on performance and conduct • Partner with HR teams on compliance and cultural initiatives • Lead training efforts on employee relations matters Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • 3+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience • Knowledge of HR policies and effective investigation techniques • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Excellent written communication and presentation abilities Leverage your expertise in employee relations to shape a high-performing culture at Scotiabank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
