Job description
Expand your career at PwC as a Senior Associate in our Deals Tax team, offering specialized tax advice for Private Equity portfolio clients. You'll work closely with a talented group, ensuring all transaction aspects are expertly advised. This role within the Private Equity Portfolio Tax team allows you to engage in diverse projects while advising on Mergers & Acquisitions and more. Collaborate with various specialists to enhance client relationships, delivering proactive and innovative tax solutions. Experience working with top-tier clients, from large multinational organizations to startups, while benefiting from comprehensive training and support. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert tax advisory services to portfolio clients • Maintain proactive relationships with clients across transactions • Collaborate with specialized tax teams and business units • Participate in business development and identify new opportunities • Solve complex tax issues using your expertise Requirements: • Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications required • Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax and other taxes • Prior exposure to transaction work preferred • Ability to work flexibly in multiple teams • Outstanding analytical and project management abilities Bring your tax expertise to PwC and empower your career with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
