Job description
Shape culinary services as a Culinary Manager at Verve Senior Living. Deliver high-quality dining experiences tailored to meet the needs of senior residents. In this dynamic role, you will manage the dietary services team while ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. You will implement menu plans, supervise food preparation, and foster collaboration with residents for feedback and improvements. Your leadership will directly impact the satisfaction and health of residents by providing delicious and nutritious meals. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise menu planning that meets dietary needs • Organize staff training and development sessions • Manage quality control for food services • Track inventory and maintain supply standards • Facilitate resident feedback during food meetings Requirements: • Must hold Smart Serve Certification • Minimum Grade 12 with culinary certification • Two years of relevant culinary experience • Knowledge of dietary software systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills Lead the culinary team at Verve Senior Living to create memorable dining experiences that enrich the lives of seniors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
