Job description
Advance your career as a Biomedical Technologist in the beautiful Niagara Region with Niagara Health. Your expertise will ensure superior medical device service and patient support across various sites. In this pivotal position, reporting to the Manager of Biomedical Engineering, you'll demonstrate your technical knowledge through the repair and maintenance of medical devices. This role requires a commitment to safety standards, effective communication with clinical users, and the ability to travel between sites for service excellence. Teamwork and ongoing professional development are valued here. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair medical devices efficiently • Conduct necessary safety inspections and preventive measures • Provide after-hours emergency technical support • Support clinical staff with equipment operational advice • Travel as required among Niagara Health facilities Requirements: • Completion of a Biomedical Engineering Technology program • Experience working as a Biomedical Technologist • Understanding of health and safety regulations • Proficient in maintenance management systems • Valid driver’s license required Utilize your technical skills to support Niagara Health in delivering extraordinary patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
