Responsibilities include conducting risk/needs assessments and developing service plans for all clients assigned to their caseload, and implementing those plans subject to review by the Treatment Team and/or approval of the Senior Treatment Coordinator. Orient and assess all new clients, complete service plans and develop appropriate discharge plans via the approved agency Assessment Tools.

7. Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while remain fixed on a given point.
Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.
Bachelor's Degree preferably in a Human Services related field. Have effective written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to interact appropriately with clientele. Must have completed Group Facilitation Skills, at least one core curriculum training and have one year agency experience. Ability to demonstrate competency in core curriculum facilitation . Must be able to pass criminal background clearance. Must work flexible hours, which may include some weekends and evenings.
