Salary: $70,422.75–$103,971.71 per year

Overview

We are seeking a Process Analyst / Value Engineer to join our team. This role blends process engineering, advanced analytics, and object-centric process mining (OCPM). The successful candidate will combine business process knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand process challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply Celonis OCPM methodology to design and develop process insights.
  • Build analytical products, KPIs, and dashboards that illuminate end-to-end process performance.
  • Translate process findings into solutions that improve operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership and process owners in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in process analytics, value engineering, or related roles.
  • Celonis (or other process mining) certification required; OCPM skills strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of core business processes (Meter to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Work Management, or similar).
  • Solid technical background in SQL, PQL, and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
