Job description
Take charge as an Accounting and Assurance Manager in Essex and Leamington, Ontario, where you will lead audit and tax engagements. Engage with clients and oversee complex accounting tasks in a supportive environment. In this full-time position, you'll utilize your 2-3 years of post-qualification public accounting experience. You will handle audit engagements and tax returns while providing proactive solutions for clients. Developing junior staff and fostering solid relationships with clients and colleagues will be key elements of your role. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage audit and tax engagements • Keep partners updated on project progress • Identify and address complex accounting issues • Mentor junior staff and develop their accounting skills • Build positive relationships with clients and team members Requirements: • 2-3 years of relevant public accounting experience • Sound knowledge of review procedures and tax compliance • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Effective project management capabilities • Knowledge of Caseware, Jazzit, or Taxprep preferred Influence positive change in accounting practices while nurturing junior talent in Essex and Leamington. #J-18808-Ljbffr
