Job description
Lead transformative projects at Venn as the Strategy & Operations Lead. Collaborate closely with founders and leverage data to drive significant business improvements. In this critical position, you’ll address the toughest challenges in multiple areas including operations and partnerships. With over three years of relevant experience, your analytical acumen will be vital in creating scalable processes that foster Venn’s continuous growth. Engage with teams to analyze data and enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: • Address complex problems across vital operational areas • Develop and implement innovative product solutions • Ensure operational KPIs are met through direct collaboration • Analyze and share valuable data insights with teams • Build processes that support exponential company growth Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years in start-ups or consulting environments • Exceptionally analytical with a strategic mindset • Proven project management and leadership abilities • Proficient in data tools such as SQL and Python • Natural problem-solver with a desire for innovation Become an integral part of Venn, driving operational success and improvements through analytical insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
