Job description
Drive innovation in user terminal technology with Telesat. Focus on certification processes, technical specifications, and sales support for the advanced Lightspeed satellite network. Telesat, a leading satellite operator, is searching for a Senior User Terminal Product Manager to guide the development of cutting-edge user terminals for its upcoming LEO constellation. This role requires a deep understanding of satellite communications, along with the ability to manage vendor relationships and product specifications effectively. Your contributions will directly impact market service adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Lead type approval and certification for user terminals • Evaluate and manage third-party vendor support • Develop product requirements and documentation • Assist in sales initiatives to boost revenue • Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless integration Requirements: • Bachelor’s in engineering or related discipline • At least 10 years in product management • 5+ years in the satellite communication sector • Familiarity with satellite antenna technologies • Strong communicator in both written and spoken English Shape the future of satellite technology at Telesat with your expertise in user terminals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
