Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, this role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable web and mobile applications that power our operations and support future growth.

As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with the IT and product teams to design and develop solutions that enhance business operations and improve system performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
1–3 years of progressive experience developing production web platforms
Experience with backend development and system architecture
Proficiency with technologies including:
Cloud development experience, preferably with AWS
Experience developing new applications and contributing to system architecture
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage overlapping projects and priorities
Ability to identify key technical issues and develop creative, strategic solutions
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and development approaches
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs
