Job description

In this role at RONA, you will leverage your five years of experience in personnel management to supervise daily store operations. As a Department Manager, you will resolve customer issues, manage merchandising, and ensure effective team performance. Your proactive approach and leadership will be crucial in driving both customer satisfaction and team morale.
