Job description
Astucemedia seeks a Lead Developer skilled in both front and back-end technologies. Join a collaborative hybrid team environment where your leadership will drive project success and innovation. In this role, you will balance people management with technical execution, leading a team of 6 developers while focusing on hands-on coding and system integration. Your experience with Angular and Node.js will be vital as you ensure seamless performance in high-pressure scenarios typical of the live television sector. Key Responsibilities: • Mentor and develop team members through coaching • Work alongside the Technical Project Manager to streamline processes • Travel to oversee higher-level integrations and project launches • Maintain production-quality applications with modern frameworks • Perform rigorous code reviews ensuring high standards Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant software development experience • Expertise in Angular, Node.js, and .NET Core • Strong understanding of API and messaging standards • Proficiency in container technology like Docker • Exceptional communication skills and readiness to travel Lead innovative projects and enhance your technical skills at Astucemedia, where collaboration meets execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
