Lead and contribute to a variety of Electrical Engineering projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Apply advanced technical knowledge in the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial and institutional buildings, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and control systems. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality oversight while guiding junior staff and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in Electrical Engineering for building services, supported by a degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.). The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience in the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial and/or institutional buildings. Candidates should be proficient with design and modeling software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and have a thorough understanding of applicable building codes, standards, and industry practices. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, with proven experience mentoring technical staff and managing multidisciplinary projects.
This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($125,840.00 per year +).
