A NOTE ON TIMING

We are currently building a pipeline for an upcoming Marketing Specialist opportunity, which is anticipated to begin in the coming months. While this is not an immediate start role, we are engaging with strong candidates now to ensure a thoughtful and proactive hiring process.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive Aarcomm's growth in the industrial B2B market.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of campaign delivery, content production, and demand generation, working closely with Sales to build pipeline and deepen customer relationships.

You'll report to the Director of Marketing and take ownership of multi-channel campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting. You're not just executing a playbook, you're helping build it.

You'll use AI to move faster, work smarter, and produce higher-quality marketing programs across every channel we operate in.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, switches context without losing momentum, and takes real pride in getting things done.

ABOUT YOU

You're an execution-first B2B marketer who turns ideas and strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable pipeline impact without waiting for perfect direction. You're analytical, curious, and energized by experimentation and continuous improvement. You're also fluent in modern marketing tools and actively use AI to work faster and smarter.

You work well with Sales, care about lead quality and revenue impact, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Most importantly, you want to help build and shape marketing in a growing, technical company where your work is visible and meaningful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaign Execution:

· Produce high-velocity content across formats including emails, social posts, ads, landing pages, blogs, guides, and case studies

· Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and impact (e.g., turning a case study into a social series or email sequence)

· Capture authentic, real-world content in the field (including short-form video at job sites, events, or tradeshows)

· Maintain a consistent brand voice that is professional, human, and grounded in industrial B2B reality

Demand Generation & Experimentation:

· Design and run experiments focused on vertical targeting, account personalization, and messaging optimization

· Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity translates into qualified pipeline and revenue conversations

· Contribute to demand generation planning, budget allocation, and ROI reporting

AI & Automation:

· Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and improve campaign performance

· Continuously explore and integrate new AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability

· AI adoption is core to how this role operates—not optional

What Success Looks Like:

· Campaigns are consistently delivered on time and contributing to qualified pipeline

· Content output is high-volume, high-quality, and actively used by Sales

· AI is embedded into daily workflow, improving speed and output quality

· Strong alignment between Sales and Marketing with clear visibility into what's driving results

· Marketing spend is tracked and optimized with clear ROI accountability

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

· 4 - 6 years of B2B marketing experience across campaign execution, content production, and demand generation

· Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B environments, or strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly

· Execution-first mindset: you can take work from idea to launch with ownership and minimal handholding

· Comfortable using AI tools and actively building fluency in them

· Highly versatile, able to switch between writing copy, analyzing campaign data, and supporting events

· Experience with modern marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, or similar)

· Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Revenue teams, with a clear understanding of pipeline and lead quality

· Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

NICE TO HAVE

· SEO / AEO experience (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, keyword strategy, topic clustering)

· Experience building marketing programs in early-stage or fast-scaling environments

· Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors
