Job description
Take the lead in digital architecture as a Digital Architect with the Justice Digital Program Services team. Focus on creating user-centered services and leading agile development across multiple projects. This full-time role requires you to work synergistically across about four projects, ensuring that digital services evolve according to user needs and business objectives. You will be accountable for crafting comprehensive architectural plans while analyzing system impacts and guiding your team in their implementation strategies. Your insights will enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop architectural paths for digital solutions • Mentor team members and facilitate agile practices • Review and contribute to code changes for implementation • Analyze integration opportunities across digital services • Support the continuous improvement of architectural standards Requirements: • Demonstrable expertise in digital architecture and design • Experience in agile methodologies and team mentorship • Ability to analyze system context and risks effectively • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences • Dedication to service quality metrics and standards Elevate digital services within the Justice Digital Program through your architectural vision and strategic guidance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
