Job description
Lead customer service excellence at Roots as a Customer-Focused Team Lead. Emphasize relationship cultivation while maintaining high retail standards in an inspiring environment. In this role, under the Store Manager’s guidance, you'll support the mission of creating lifelong customers through exceptional service. Candidates with retail apparel experience will excel as you engage with clients, understand their needs, and resolve issues promptly. Your positive energy will play a key role in the store's success.
