Management Trainee Program | New Graduates | Mississauga, ON
Base Salary 50-55K + Profit Sharing Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Paid Vacation + RRSP Matching

Just graduated (or graduating soon)? Skip the entry-level job. Join a structured 3-year leadership development program where you'll gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, and business leadership—with a clear path into management.

We’re partnering with a leading organization in the electrical distribution space to hire driven, ambitious graduates for a 3-year Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into leadership.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch program. You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning every part of the business and building the skills needed to run operations, lead teams, and drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Rotating through key areas of the business including operations, sales, and leadership
  • Gaining real-world experience managing projects and supporting business units
  • Working closely with leaders and mentors who will invest in your development
  • Learning how to make decisions that impact performance, profitability, and growth
  • Building the foundation to step into future leadership roles
