Job description
Join Fidelity Canada as the Manager of Marketing Automation and create personalized customer experiences through innovative marketing strategies. This role operates in a flexible hybrid model. You’ll lead a high-performing team dedicated to optimizing marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement across all platforms. Your insights from data analytics will inform and tailor communication efforts, ensuring Fidelity’s brand presence is strong and effective in driving sales. Key Responsibilities: • Execute marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals • Manage and optimize digital channels for investor engagement • Plan and conduct marketing experiments and tests • Provide actionable insights for campaign improvements • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for effectiveness Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience • Over 5 years of experience in marketing automation; management experience preferred • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce • Adobe and Marketo certifications ideal • Excellent communication and project management skills Utilize your leadership and marketing expertise to foster growth and retention at Fidelity Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
